General Terms and Conditions of Reservation
The booking implies the acceptance of the following conditions:
1. RESERVATION & PAYMENT
To make a reservation, a deposit must be paid of the total rental price by bank transfer. The rest of the amount will be paid at the arrival of the house together with the tourist tax and the supplement (30€) for animals if it’s applicable.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
- The cancellation of the reservation within 15 days prior to the date of the check-in entails the loss of 30% of the reservation + 10€ of administrative expenses.
- The cancellation of the reservation within 7 days prior to the date of the check-in entails the loss of 50% of the reservation + 10€ of administrative expenses.
On arrival, 200€ will be paid as a deposit in cash. This deposit is for damage or misuse of the facilities and it will be returned on the day of the check-out.
4. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
The arrival time is at 5pm and the time of departure is before 12am. These times can be modified (late check-in / check-out) as long as there is no arrival or departures of other guests on the same day. Consult the owner.
5. USE OF THE FACILITIES
It is forbidden the accommodation of a larger number of people than allowed, in case of daytime visits contact with the owner.
Guests are completely prohibited from jumping any fenced of the garden. And the pool area should always be actively watch by an adult all the time.
At the check-out the guests must leave all (indoor and outdoor) furniture and games as they were found on arrival.
